When was the cleaning company founded?

This is a great question to ask prior to even meeting the sales person to conduct a walk-through.  Filter the cleaning companies that have less than 3 years of experience.  Cleaning companies with less than 3 years of experience may be experiencing growing pains which translates to the customers getting less quality control on the services being provided. Growing pans can also mean financial instability. If a cleaning company is not financially stable, it may run payroll out of cycle and pay them late.  Paying housekeepers late means unhappy employees.


Great Customer Service is a must!

Make sure that the commercial cleaning company you hire has great customer service and provides you with an account manager. The account manager must be available 24/7 for any emergency calls or complaints.
